Meet Dr. Carlos Suadi
Dr. Suadi is committed to providing his patients with the most modern, efective dental care available. So, he has taken countless hours of continuing education to stay current on the latest developments in the field, including innovations in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, dental implant restoration, and mini dental implants.
Dr. Suadi takes pride in giving back to the community he loves. One of the many ways he does this is by offering free dental care to handicapped individuals who can’t afford treatment.
Beyond helping his patients and spending time with wife and three children, Dr. Suadi loves finding a moment to relax with a fishing pole in his hand.
Meet Dr. Mike Hayden
I grew up in West Monroe, Louisiana and graduated from Northeast Louisiana University(now UL Monroe) in Construction Management. While I enjoyed working in construction, I felt like it was not something I was called to do. I loved science and working with my hands and I really felt like I wanted to do something in life to help others. So, Dentistry was the logical choice for me. So, I attended Louisiana Tech University majoring in Zoology/Pre-Dentistry followed by the LSU School of Dentistry. After graduating from LSU, I completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in New Orleans.
After completing my residency, I moved to Helena, Montana where I practiced for almost eight years before needing to return to the warmth of Baton Rouge. While practicing in Baton Rouge, I was on the Dunham Pawbackers athletic board and was active with the Louisiana Dental Association, holding several offices including serving as President. I practiced in Baton Rouge for eleven years before being hired to expand and improve an Indian Health Clinic in Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, I met and married the love of my life.
While I enjoyed my tenure in Indian Health, I missed aspects of dentistry not offered there. I enjoy implant dentistry which is not offered in Indian Health. Homesick for Louisiana, I decided to return home and do what I like to do, place and restore implants, hunt, fish and spend time with family. I have two brothers and two adult children living in Louisiana, two living in Oklahoma and one living in Uganda. I have grandchildren spread from Louisiana, to Oklahoma and Uganda as well.
You’ll love the rest of our team, too.
The entire BR Dental Care family is dedicated to making your experience as comfortable,
efficient and effective as possible! It’s an honor to serve you and your family.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often do I need to brush my teeth?
Dr. Suadi recommends brushing your teeth at least twice daily to avoid the accumulation of food particles and plaque. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and a small strip of fluoride toothpaste. When you brush your teeth, move the brush in small circular motions to reach food particles that may be under your gum line. Hold the toothbrush at an angle and brush slowly and carefully, covering all areas between teeth and the surface of each tooth. It will take you several minutes to thoroughly brush your teeth.
When you come in for a cleaning, our experts will be sure to educate you on the most effective ways to brush and floss at home!

It is very important to floss between your teeth every day. Floss at night to make sure your teeth are clean before you go to bed. When you first begin flossing, your gums may bleed a little. If the bleeding does not go away after the first few times, let a staff member know at your next appointment.
